1. Introduction

Welcome to Chateau Noble. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time.

2. Age Restriction & Age Verification

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol from Chateau Noble.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old; and

• the recipient of the order is at least 18 years old.

Chateau Noble operates a Challenge 25 policy. Where required, anyone accepting an alcohol delivery may be asked to provide valid photographic identification proving that they are aged 18 or over.

Age verification is required upon delivery of alcohol orders. If valid identification cannot be provided when requested, or the recipient is under 18, the delivery will be refused.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where we cannot complete the required age verification.

3. Steven Bartlett

If you are Steven Bartlett you are not allowed to drink this wine. It will ruin 3 days of your life.

4. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• discontinue products;

• limit quantities; and

• change pricing at any time.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and information are accurate and up to date.

Alcohol products will clearly identify the type of alcohol, alcohol by volume (ABV), product size or net volume, and brand or producer where applicable.

We will not knowingly offer for sale any alcohol product which is prohibited by applicable law or by a marketplace through which the product is being sold.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

We accept payment through approved payment providers available at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Alcohol orders will only be dispatched using delivery methods that support appropriate age verification.

Someone aged 18 or over must be available to accept delivery and valid photographic identification may be required.

Alcohol orders will not be delivered to lockers, self-service collection locations or other locations where the required age verification cannot be completed.

Where an order is placed through a marketplace or sales platform, additional restrictions imposed by that platform or its approved delivery providers may apply, including restrictions on delivery to pick-up points.

Delivery must be refused where:

• valid identification cannot be provided when required;

• the recipient is under 18; or

• delivery is otherwise required to be refused by applicable law or the delivery provider's alcohol delivery policy.

We reserve the right to cancel an order or refuse delivery if age verification cannot be completed.

Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Due to the nature of alcohol products, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless faulty.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right to cancel an online order.

Where a statutory right of cancellation applies, it will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

8. Responsible Sale of Alcohol

Chateau Noble is committed to the responsible sale and marketing of alcohol.

We do not knowingly sell or market alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

Our alcohol marketing must not encourage excessive, irresponsible or dangerous consumption of alcohol or suggest that consuming alcohol contributes to social, sexual or professional success.

We do not knowingly use marketing depicting anyone under the age of 25, or anyone who appears to be under 25, consuming alcohol.

We do not make medical or health claims about our alcoholic products.

9. Licensing & Compliance

Alcohol is sold in accordance with applicable UK alcohol licensing laws and requirements.

Where required, sales are made under an appropriate premises licence permitting the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises and under the supervision of the applicable Designated Premises Supervisor.

Chateau Noble will comply with applicable alcohol licensing, excise duty, VAT, food safety, labelling and consumer protection requirements.

Where products are sold through a third-party marketplace, including TikTok Shop, we will also comply with the applicable marketplace requirements for the sale, marketing, fulfilment and delivery of alcohol.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text and imagery, belongs to Chateau Noble or is used with permission and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• indirect losses;

• business interruption;

• delays outside our reasonable control; or

• misuse of products purchased from our website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and process personal data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
