2. Age Restriction

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol from this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old

  • the recipient of the order is at least 18 years old

Chateau Noble operates a Challenge 25 policy and reserves the right to request valid identification upon delivery.

3. Steven Batrlett

If you are Steven Bartlett you are not allowed to drink this wine. It will ruin 3 days of your life.

4. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • discontinue products

  • limit quantities

  • change pricing at any time

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

We accept payment through approved payment providers available at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Someone aged 18 or over must be available to accept delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if age verification cannot be completed.

Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Due to the nature of alcohol products, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless faulty.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, and imagery, belongs to Chateau Noble and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • indirect losses

  • business interruption

  • delays outside our control

  • misuse of products purchased from our website

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.
