Our Tokaj Rosé is a Tokaj Sparkling Rosé 2023, a natural pét-nat sourced from Gilberries & Wine in Rátka, made by hand on old presses. Furmint and Hárslevelű are bottled mid-ferment with wild yeast and finish fermenting in the bottle, giving flowers on the nose, then peach juice, bright acidity and fresh, lively bubbles. Only 1,155 bottles were made.
Why We Selected This Region
Tokaj is Hungary's most famous wine region, with a winemaking history stretching back centuries, and its volcanic soils give its wines a real mineral edge. For Chateau Noble, it's the heart of Hungarian wine.
