Our Tokaj Sparkling White is a Tokaj Brut Nature 2020, a traditional-method sparkling wine sourced from Pelle Pince in Mád and made from 100% Furmint. In a region famous for sweet wine, the Pelles have built a name for some of Hungary's finest sparkling, and this Brut Nature keeps the dosage tiny for a crisp, precise, bone-dry fizz.
Why We Selected This Region
Tokaj is best known for its sweet wines, but its volcanic soils of rhyolite and tuff and its high-acid Furmint grape also make outstanding traditional-method sparkling. A small group of producers are proving Tokaj can rival far better-known fizz regions. For Chateau Noble, it's Hungary's most exciting sparkling story.

Chateau Noble Selection & Provenance
Produced by Pelle Pince in Mád, Tokaj, Hungary, this wine forms part of the Chateau Noble collection, showcasing wines from some of the world's most respected wine-growing regions.
Pelle Pince is László and Marianna Pelle's small family winery in the centre of Mád. They farm around five hectares of organically managed vines, many planted in the 1950s and 1960s in the first-class Betsek and Szent Tamás vineyards, and make their wines in a 250-year-old estate house. Winemaker Máté Nagy looks after the cellar.
