Our Tokaj Sweet is a Tokaj Late Harvest 2025, a sweet white wine sourced from Pelle Pince in Mád: the Zsófia Cuvée, their late harvest blend from Tokaj, home of one of the world's most famous sweet wines. The grapes are picked late from three historic first-class vineyards, and the wine balances ripe sweetness with fresh, fruity acidity: smooth, easy to love and hard to stop drinking. Serve chilled.
Why We Selected This Region
Tokaj has been making sweet wine for centuries, and its late-ripening grapes, autumn mists and volcanic soils are what make it possible. Only six grapes are allowed in Tokaj wine, and the best sweet wines are blends of them. For Chateau Noble, there's nowhere better to find a sweet wine.

Chateau Noble Selection & Provenance
Produced by Pelle Pince in Mád, Tokaj, Hungary, this wine forms part of the Chateau Noble collection, showcasing wines from some of the world's most respected wine-growing regions.
Pelle Pince is László and Marianna Pelle's small family winery in the centre of Mád. They farm around five hectares of organically managed vines, many planted in the 1950s and 1960s in first-class vineyards, and make their wines in a 250-year-old estate house. Zsófia is their signature late harvest blend, made to keep the same balance of sweetness and acidity year after year.
