Our Tokaj White is a Tokaj Furmint 2023, a dry white wine sourced from Harmónia Szőlőbirtok in Tokaj, Hungary's most famous wine region. Furmint is the grape behind Tokaj's legendary sweet wines, but made dry it's bright, mineral and full of citrus. This one comes from the estate's first ever vintage and scored 92 points from Decanter.
Why We Selected This Region
Tokaj is Hungary's most famous wine region, with a winemaking history stretching back centuries. Only six grapes are allowed in Tokaj wine, led by Furmint, and the region's volcanic soils give its wines a real mineral edge. For Chateau Noble, it's the heart of Hungarian wine.

Harmónia Szőlőbirtok is Gábor Fekete's family winery, founded in 2023 in the heart of Tokaj. The family farm five hectares of vines, with five more being planted, across the historic Betsek vineyard in Mád and Koldu and Istenhegy in Rátka. They grow mainly Furmint and Hárslevelű with Yellow Muscat, and are adding the rare Kabar grape to their newest plantings. This 2023 Furmint also won gold at the Berliner Wine Trophy 2025 and at Vinagora 2025.
